Massive food prep day yesterday … and I have more spuds than I can get through (tbf Iβm not a big fan but they are quick and nutritious).
.
So Iβve baked a job lot … had one for lunch and have put the rest in the freezer βοΈ
.
Prick all over, coat in olive oil, rub in sea salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes, bake for around 1 hour @ 180 fan oven… Et Voila ππΌββοΈ

Iβve topped with home made mint yogurt dip (see previous posts)
