This class is Pilates at it’s purest. Experience this fun and friendly pilates session that allows for different fitness levels and experience. You will benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength along with improving muscle strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility.

Delivered via zoom with numbers limited to enable me to personalise the session and correct and guide you individually throughout the hour this 4 week course is a great way of working with a lovely group within the safety and comfort of your own home … and if for any reason you are unable to make a session you will receive a pre-recorded class for you to also do in your own time.
