BREAKFAST … Almond milk porridge with mango, kiwi, blueberries, mixed nuts and seeds 😋
Today is the first time I’ve used almond milk instead of regular dairy milk … I was unsure as I can’t abide the taste of milk (which is why I always use skimmed) …. this version is organic and unsweetened and tbh tastes delicious!
I have been playful with presentation this morning … however nothing goes to waste …. leftover fruit will be blitzed into a cheeky little smoothie this afternoon to keep me going (see below in comments👇🏻).
