CLASSIC PESTO SAUCE/BASIL DIP
This tastes absolutely lovely on its own, a topping for steak … or of course with pasta.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh basil, Pine nuts, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, grated Parmesan (optional garlic).
Heat the oil in a pan and lightly toast the pine nuts and garlic. Pour into a blender with, Parmesan, chopped basil leaves and lemon juice. Blitz and hey pesto! 😆
