Ingredients:- oats, coconut, chia seeds, blueberries, maple syrup.

Soak oats overnight in coconut milk with chia seeds mixed through.
.
Add any topping you like πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ… here is my recipe for the blueberry compote ….
.
Place berries in a pan resting in about 1cm of water. Gently heat until berries start to soften and simmer … add a splash of syrup and continue to simmer stirring and pressing berries with a wooden spoon… take off heat when the mixture starts to thicken …. for a much thicker jam like consistency add a little plain flour.
