πŸ’₯Heat spinach, lightly chopped quorn sausage, spring onion, red chilli (or pepper) in coconut oil until spinach starts to wilt.
πŸ’₯Place mixture in muffin tray and cover over with raw whisked eggs.
πŸ’₯Bake in fan oven at 180 for 15-20mins.
