A fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and fitness principles. The fitness elements are validated from a fitness perspective. You can greatly improve flexibility, learn how to identify the body’s stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve posture and move with more confidence. Please feel free to bring your own mat, however mats are provided.

Please note that some medical conditions are contraindicated for this class. If you have any medical issues please message or call me and we can ascertain if the class will be appropriate for you.

Venue/Facilities – 9.30am Shelly Farm Community Centre, Farmhouse Way, B90 4EH. Free Parking.

This class costs £6 per session and is bookable up to 30 mins before the class start time.
