NEW ZOOM LIVE CLASSES LAUNCHING 🚀 THIS SEPT!!!!
This September I will be launching my weekly gentle exercise sessions and I need a little bit of help from you all!!! 😃😃😃😃
These sessions will be fully inclusive and suitable for anyone and everyone that would benefit from a lighter pace of exercise 👍👍👍.
Why are the sessions going to be so different/special 🤔🤷🏼♀️?? Well because there will be no stigma or labels attached to these classes 😁.
I have recently delivered online classes for several charities/private groups along the lines of :- Cardiac Rehab, Seniors Exercise, Chair Based Sessions, Covid Rehab, Cancer Rehab, Diabetes Exercises Sessions, Post/Pre Natal … Over 50’s … I”M OVER 50!!!!!!!!
It struck me that 90 percent of the adaptations I provide were either the same or similar irrespective of fitness level 🎚, ability 💪 or medical condition 🩺 and the sessions have proven really popular because they were an absolute riot/giggle 🤪 and everyone from standing to chair based could work at their own level without feeling the stigma of being in a session aimed at any one ‘particular demographic’ (age, gender, medical condition etc)🏆.
My new classes will be suitable for ANYONE who is in need of a lighter pace of fitness, requires numerous adaptations/options and like a “proper good laugh”!!! 😍😍😍😍
So my first favour to ask is please share or tag anyone who may benefit from these type of sessions🤞.
And my second is to ask you for ideas as what to I can call the classes other than GENTLY DOES IT??????? 💡
