MIND BODY πŸ™πŸ» … I’ve pulled PILATES PROGRESSIONS back to basics πŸ‘ … It’s not an easy workout but there is a lot of deep stretching and back releases included … YOGALATESπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ & PILATES BAND & BALL 🧘🏻 has plenty of upper body and co-ordination challenge for you πŸ‘Œ.
