So this afternoon I’m having a lovely relax and forward planning class content and timetables up to the middle of the year. You would have to have been on a different 🌎 to miss the fact that I’m on a bit of a β€˜Yoga Journey’ I hope you will join me on Tuesday Mornings so I can share with you the wonderful practices I have learned this week πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’š.

I do know that the pilates classes are looking very β€˜healthy’ numbers wise (thank you). Mondays are normally pretty easy to book in to however I have managed to work out where I can add in more Pilates and Yoga to the evening timetable after Easter πŸ£πŸ˜„ ….. watch this spaceπŸ‘€.

The Classes this term will run from Monday 29th Feb – Friday 30th March (5 weeks)…. All the booking links are now open, if you would like to block book to save a bit of πŸ’΅ and the hassle of booking each week just let me know πŸ˜ƒ
