So this afternoon I’m having a lovely relax and forward planning class content and timetables up to the middle of the year. You would have to have been on a different 🌎 to miss the fact that I’m on a bit of a ‘Yoga Journey’ I hope you will join me on Tuesday Mornings so I can share with you the wonderful practices I have learned this week 🙏🏻💚.
I do know that the pilates classes are looking very ‘healthy’ numbers wise (thank you). Mondays are normally pretty easy to book in to however I have managed to work out where I can add in more Pilates and Yoga to the evening timetable after Easter 🐣😄 ….. watch this space👀.
