I always cook from scratch…. my preference, however time sometimes doesn’t allow.
There are certain foods that I constantly have in stock so when I do only have 10 mins I’m well prepared….
Spinach and eggs are always a good shout (I try to get spinach in a meal every day).
Jamie Oliver does have some fantastic healthy options I ALWAYS have in a packet of his curried chickpeas and spicy lentils. The only ‘packet stuff’ I use and are fantastic. I bung them in salads, soups and often have them on their own when I’m after something warm and hearty (like today).
This dish took me 3 mins (yes I did time it 😂)
