HEALTHY FUDGE BROWNIES

Basic Recipe :-200g dates, 80g nuts, 2 tablespoons cacao powder

…. I used Brazil nuts … (you can use any) and I also threw in some left over seeds, dried berries, desiccated coconut, ground almond and chia seeds.

Place the nuts in a blender and whiz until finely chopped, add in dates and cacao powder and blend until a crumbly mix has formed (add in any other ingredients you like at this point).

Turn out into a tin and press into firm blocks using the back of a spoon … alternatively roll into bite size balls.

Freeze for one hour … store in the fridge and they will keep for 2/3 day’s.
