This fun and friendly pilates session allows for different fitness levels and experience🧘♀️🧘🏼♂️🧘🏻. You will benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength along with improving muscle strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility.
Delivered via zoom 💻with numbers limited to enable me to personalise the session and correct and guide you individually throughout the hour this 3 week course is a great way of working with a lovely group within the safety and comfort of your own home … and if for any reason you are unable to make a session you will receive a pre-recorded class for you to also do in your own time 📼.
