This meal takes some prep (I did this Saturday afternoon) but is so worth it…. I had fajitas on holiday and these tasted soooo much nicer!!!!
Ingredients:- Minute/Sizzler Steak, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, dried oregano, sea salt, ground pepper, avocado, tomatoes, fresh chilli, white onion, peppers, lemon, yogurt, cheese, wraps, olive oil.
Fajitas:- Slice steak into thin strips and marinate in a bowl for a few hours with olive oil 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, sea salt (optional), 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano and ground black pepper.
In a hot pan/wok heat a little more olive oil … add in steak after a minute add in sliced peppers and onion…. keep stirring until cooked and serve up with the following:-

Grated cheese, Yogurt, Salsa, Guacamole, refried beans, lettuce leaves (see previous posts and links below)πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
