WHAT’S NEW?
I’m thrilled to be able to offer you even more over the summer period. BRAND NEW to our class offer are the KIDZCOME2 classes. I just love this concept. For 4 weeks I have opened up our mainstream classes and added an additional 2 sessions a week to enable you to keep going with your favourite workouts and to bring the kids along to exercise with you. What a great opportunity to get the youngsters involved, keep them moving and expose them to fantastic fitness experiences while you stay fit tooπ!

Please note that Mon Pilates has a new start time of 6.30pm and a new permanent home at Solihull College π
IMPORTANT DATES!
Please note there are no classes between 16th – 20th July (I’m off for a week to get myself supercharged for summer classesπ), Bank Hol Mon 27th August. or between 3rd – 7th September. NEW Autumn Timetable starts 10th September.
