Well this promises to be a big week. The brand spanking new timetable is launched with extra fitness yoga and pilates classes along with new choreography, music and lots of other ‘fun stuff’.

I will be sharing recipes all week long …. below is a list of ingredients that I will be using for all my meal prep this week 💚
Here’s how I work …. on Sunday I do my shop for the week … I tend to pick ingredients that a) look good and b) suit my mood and c) fulfil a personal dietary need (I add foods rich in vitamin D if I need to during winter etc).
I then do a little forward prep … roast some peppers, grill some chicken etc… ready for the week ahead.
I work through the week making meals and snacks from all the wonderful ingredients I have in … towards the end of the week the dishes comprise leftovers and any remaining veggies tend to get made into sauces/dips and soups 😃
