LUNCH – Jamie Oliver’s Daal, grilled chicken breast, asparagus, yogurt .. optional raw 🌢

This took longer to eat than it did to prep… Blanch asparagus for 3 mins and heat daal for 1 min. Plate up with pre prepared chicken breast (I grilled this at the start of the week as my food prep) and add a dollop of natural yogurt (and chill if you like).
