Ingredients:- 175g plain white flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried yeast, 1/2 tsp golden caster sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 120 ml hand hot water.

Sift flour into bowl, make well in centre, add in salt, sugar, yeast and then oil and mix in water with a wooden spoon… when almost mixed bring together with hands.

When combined to a smooth dough turn out onto floured surface and knead for 3 mins….

TOP TIP πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I turn out onto baking paper and knead… then I don’t have to deal with the clean up operation that flour creates.

Place into bowl and cover with film… leave at room temperature for 30 mins until dough doubles in size.

Turn back out onto floured surface or baking paper and knock back (knock air out) and knead for 1 min.

Roll out on baking paper (that way you can transfer straight onto baking tray once you’ve built your pizza with no mess or fuss.

TOP TIP πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»… add herbs for extra flavour when rolling out for extra flavour … I added basil leaves.

Build your own pizza by adding tomato paste and your own favourite toppings … bake for 10 mins 180 -200f.
