I cannot tell I lie … I do love Mondays … Why? Well I have a great job and as much as I like the weekends I really enjoy my week too …. BUT mainly because I get to press the reset button every week 😃 🖲.
This weekend we drank and ate a lot and to be honest, right now, my body is not thanking me for that …. but that’s ok 👌 … reset button is pressed and by the end of the day after some great exercise and healthy eating I will be back to feeling just short of fabulous again 😃😃😃😃.
So … I know what you’re thinking 🤔 so what and good for you 😂 … but for those of you stuck in a bit of a rut I really hope you find the tips below useful🤞.

2) Move .. pick an activity you like …. this week is going to be beautiful, how about a short daily 20 min walk … if you’re at work use your lunch hour … or there are lots of free, easy exercise videos on my fitness page https://www.facebook.com/JayneWettonFitness/ … I have booked myself in to some exercise classes at the end of the week with some fabulous instructors …. I need to keep pushing and motivating myself tooooooooo 😃.
