Sooo late finish last night and my first client at 7.30am …. for breakfast today quick prep is priority.

I chopped up kiwi, mango, apple and added blueberries. Of course I won’t eat the lot so have put the rest aside for top up snacks or smoothie…. TOP TIP … I have coated the fruit in natural 🍋 juice … this will stop the fruit turning brown and will keep it fresh for a couple of days 😃.

Bowl up and add yogurt, nuts and seeds including chia.

I washed this down with a filter coffee with almond milk (never tried the milk before this week) verdict…. delicious… totally converted 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
