PESTO TOPPED FILLET STEAK WITH BALSAMIC DRESSED LEAVES.
Tonight’s meal courtesy of Mr Wetton along with the leftover pesto I made earlier (see previous post).
INGREDIENTS:- Fillet steak, mixed leaves, balsamic, olive oil (optional pesto).
Coat Steak in olive oil and a little salt and pepper, brown in a griddle pan 2 mins each side and finish in the oven … 3 mins @ 180.
Leave to rest for 5 mins and serve with leaves coated with oil and balsamic 😋
