Pilates at it’s purest.  Your Pilates Institute qualified instructor has a knowledge base that allows for different fitness levels and injuries to be accommodated. You will benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength, improves muscle endurance, tones and shapes, improves flexibility, mobility and protects against joint issues and risk of sports injuries.

Venue:- Due to the Covid-19 situation all classes are currently being delivered online.

You are able to purchase this class individually or as part of our 10 for 10 class pass offer.
