Our classes are friendly, multi-levelled with individual support and guidance provided. Class numbers are limited to allow for comfort and instructor focus.

Your Pilates Institute qualified instructor has a knowledge base that allows for different fitness levels and injuries to be accommodated. You’ll benefit from classes that improve posture, relieve stress, improve back health and core strength, improve muscle endurance, tone and shape, improve flexibility, mobility and protect against joint issues and risk of sports injuries.

Venue/Facilities:- Mon 6.30pm PURE PILATES, Tues 7.30pm PILATES BALLS & BANDS, Thurs 7pm PURE PILATES, Friday PILATES BALL & BANDS 10am Solihull College, Blossomfield Road, B91 1SB. Free parking, changing facilities, lockers and showers.

Tues 11.30am PURE PILATES, Shelly Farm Community Centre, Farmhouse Way, B90 4EH. Free parking.
