This is the more challenging of our mind body options, challenge your core and more! This class is multi-levelled  as your Pilates Institute qualified instructor has a knowledge base that allows for different fitness levels to be accommodated.  You will benefit from a class that improves core strength, posture, improves muscle endurance, tone and shape, improves flexibility, mobility and protect against joint issues and risk of sports injuries.

Venue:- Due to the Covid-19 situation all classes are currently being delivered online.

You are able to purchase this class individually or as part of our 10 for 10 class pass offer.
