Join me live or enjoy the sessions anytime you like on replay. I will be go live into my private Walkfit group everyday at 8.00am Mon – Frid and I hope you’ll join me 📺.

The sessions, last 15 mins⏱and you can take part live or watch back as often as you like on replay 📼.

All you’ll need for the sessions are comfy footwear 👟, a clear uncluttered small space to workout 🚪and water💧. You will be walking at your own pace.
