A results based strength and endurance resistance training workout suitable for all fitness levels using a combination of barbells, dumbbells and body weight exercises.

This workout includes a combination of standing and floor based exercises designed to tone, strengthen and define muscles with a large core strength segment included.

Venue:- Due to the Covid-19 situation all classes are currently being delivered online.

You are able to purchase this class individually or as part of our 10 for 10 class pass offer.
