If you follow these posts daily it will not have escaped your notice that after the last few days I have lots of pulses leftover!!!!! So this is what I did with themπŸ™‚

Ingredients:- Beans, Garlic, Cumin Powder, Chilli Powder, Olive Oil.
.
In a pan heat either coconut or olive oil, heat chopped garlic and then add in beans. After a minute add in a teaspoon of cumin and chilli powder, mix through and carry on heating until beans are soft. Remove from pan, mash beans to a soft paste, add a little more oil to pan and reheat the beans through… dish up and eat warm or when cooled stir a little more olive oil through and use as a dip … cool beans 😎
