ROAST CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

Fantastic evening meal …. BONUS …. I didn’t cook it! … Thank you Mr Wetton 😃💚!

💥INGREDIENTS … Butternut squash, courgette, new potatoes, sweet potato, red onion, red pepper, parsnip, garlic cloves, carrot …… and a whole Chicken.

💥 Drizzle chicken in lemon juice, season , then place lemon pieces along with garlic inside chicken cavity and roast @ 180 as per recommended cooking time.

💥Cut vegetables into similar sized pieces, cover in olive oil, mixed herbs and roast at 180 for 40 mins.
