SPICY CHICKEN AND FETA SALAD FILLED PITTA WITH PEPPERS AND AVOCADO π₯
INGREDIENTS:- Wholemeal flatbread pitta, chicken breast, baby lettuce leaves, natural yogurt, chilli flakes, tabasco, roasted peppers and avocado .
π₯Coat the chicken in olive oil, chilli flakes and grill.
π₯Add a splash of Tabasco (or any spicy sauce you may have) to natural yogurt, mix well and mix in lettuce until leaves are heavily coated.
π₯Warm pitta and layer up with sliced chicken along with sliced peppers, avocado, yogurt covered lettuce and crumbled feta.

Works well as a stand-alone salad without the pitta.
