I make these burgers in bulk … freeze them so they are ready to tuck into on glorious weekends like this

๐Ÿ’ฅBurger:- 1kg lean minced lamb, 1 medium red onion (finely chopped), 2 large eggs, 2 large handfuls of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds crushed (or powder), 1 pinch of cumin speeds crushed (or powder), I teaspoon of chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together and divide into burgers … oven cook at 200 deg for 25 min or stick on the BBQ ๐Ÿ˜Ž

๐Ÿ’ฅWedges homemade – potato coated in Tabasco/olive oil and lime juice.

๐Ÿ’ฅRelish – chopped avocado/gherkin/tomato/red & yellow peppers.

๐Ÿ’ฅMocktail – sparkling water, tiny splash of elderflower & raspberry cordial, crushed raspberries and lemon juice.
